Booking details
Payment schedule
30% deposit on confirmation. Remaining 70% at least 30 days before arrival.
Security deposit
€600 security deposit. Returned within 7 days of departure, subject to no damage.
Cancellation
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit refunded. Within 30 days: deposit non-refundable.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 16:00. Check-out before 10:00. Handled by our local concierge team, who are also available throughout your stay for any questions. Early check-in or late check-out on request, subject to availability.
Response time
We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Usually much faster.
Maximum occupancy
Maximum 6 guests. Children count towards the total. Pets are not permitted.
